My plant was getting too tall being burnt by the hydroponic grow light. See pictures, so I changed to from Hydroponic to Purple Cow Dirt, now it’s drooping, and Advice, what to do? Will plant come out of it?

I don’t know for sure but I think it will continue to grow after the shock goes away. Just one thing that could happen is it herm on you. Is it a photo or auto? 
I recommend you start reading about Low Stress Training (LST) and super cropping.
Transplant shock Growmie, give her a few days to recover. Did you transplant to damp medium or water after the transplant
