1st time grow need help guys im currently at week 9 from seed poped out soil cookie garlato autoflower from Royal seeds when should i harvest as im using biobizz nuts and it only going up to week 10 and im not sure if she ready to be cut down or what i no top plbuds look ok bottom ones pistils still white

Time from seed isn’t relevant. Time in actual flowering is what matters. A plant will be ready for harvest after 8 to 10 weeks in the flowering stage. For how many weeks has the plant been flowering?
Begin looking at the plant’s trichomes once those white pistils have darkened and receded back into the flowers.

Like Midwest says, the pistils will all turn brown and curl up. At that point check the trichomes and when they are all milky looking and not clear you can harvest.
This is what it should look like before you start checking trichomes.
There is almost always a few stragglers of new pistils.

Thanks mate iv just checked my diary im currently at week 7 in flowering stage most of the top buds are mostly brown but bottom buds look all white

I figured it was week 6 or 7 based on appearance. She should be ready in approx 3 weeks.

Sorry should still defoliate her so lower buds can get ligth

Buds don’t use light. They are only 5% as efficient at photosynthesis as leaves are. The leaves manufacture the sugars the plant needs and those nutrients are shuttled where they are needed in the plant via the stem system.
That said, cleaning out excess upper foliage can help get more light to the lower part of the plant.

Excellent, you should be good. I would have told you to defoliate if you your RH was significantly higher
