After topping my autos, 2 out of 6 plants are not flowering. Is this possible to fix? Any help is much appreciated

Plants in the pictures do have a little clawing going on but they are in flower.
Where they topped recently or weeks ago 
Looks like it’s flowering to me 
I topped about 2 and a half weeks ago. I was scared because I have 4 other plants in the tent that are flowering much more. Should I water these 2 any extra, or is there any special care post topping?
Feed or water when needed…drench to drought for soil, she’s well recovered after 2 weeks
