First grow. Autoflower outside (just one plant) Do-si-do from ILGM. “Hopefully” I’ll have flowers and buds at some point. Assuming I do, I am researching drying and curing.
I live in humid South Carolina just a block from the ocean. Winter is extremely mild. Summers hot and humid.
I can’t grow or dry in the house. Only 850 SF. However, I do have a decent size shed.
Question - Do I need a tent in my shed to dry the harvest? With a dehumidifier?
If yes, I may get a tent kit and do indoor next time. SC is not a friendly state for outdoor.

I highly recommend a tent with a good exhaust fan. Drying should be kept about 60 degrees, but I’ve never been able to pull that off, so as low and slow as you can go.

@Dexterado thanks for the reply
Nearly impossible to get 60 degrees until November.
So do I need a cooling method or maybe a dehumidifier in the tent?
I would be looking for some kind of cooling method. I’ve never been able to dry much less than 72. Still takes 5 or 6 days depending on how dense the buds are.

This is part 1 of a 3 part series. I follow it and have had great success. If nothing else will likely answer any questions you have.
