I’ve had success with photo seeds and now I’m gonna give auto flower a shot my main question is can I top the plant and can I clone it as well. If cloned will the clone be an auto flower as well ?

It’s not advised. The growth cycle is so quick that they don’t recover from topping or clone well.
BTW that’s some pretty super skunk.
Cloning a flowering plant is called monster cropping. You can’t really do it with an auto because you can’t re-veg an auto. One she’s in flower, she’ll live out her lifecycle in flower.
I definitely wouldn’t top an auto in flower. I don’t know too many people who top autos at all.
