Authentic Grove bags vs terploc or generics

Are all these breathable, sealable/resealable mylar bags the same?

Grove bags seems to be the leader. Is this just good marketing, or do they have something proprietary that separates them from the competition?
A lot of genetic ones that look identical.

supposedly the terploc tech is patented by Grove right now but there are others here that have tried other products that work about the same. I met with the reps at the Denver Cannacon and was impressed by their very informative booth, all of the products they offered and my dealings with them directly have been really good as far as Customer Service. I dont heat seal so the 24 oz bags and 4 QP bags I got will last a long time.

The website has the 3rd party case studies on the different elements of the packaging if you want to read up on it.

Do they also sell 1/2 and 1oz?

Yes. 1/2 oz also seem rather small though since it is recommended to leave ~25% of the bag with air to function properly. But yes 1 oz and 1/2 oz bags are available. Check out their website. Its the cheapest route.

Yea, 1/2oz seems small, but I give some away as presents. That’s a nice size.

But sometimes I don’t smoke all that much, and I’d rather open a 1/2 bag, rather that open a full ounce and compromise it.

stick with the leader and have less worries.
Too much invested and at risk, for pinching $.
I would rather have one-ounce bags, so as to not crush the stored buds.
50-qty is a good start.
I separate cuttings and harvest in batches, that I want separate until dry and further judgement.
When you give away a big bag, nobody should complain, it is only half full.
Surprised me to find 1-pound bags at my grow shop. They are really big.
