@Fritzy hey bud!! I had to come back and re-read your advice. EVERYTHING worked like a charm! Started another grow in between traveling for work so I came back to this thread and I’m confident again! You da man!!! Thanks again!

Glad i could help dude, it seems im always learning. I learned a few things like better way to keep your coco wet and helping it absorb water and nutes better. Also I’ve been getting clones from this place by me. There were some growing pains with dosage strength. Hit me up if you ever have any other questions. Ill try to help.

What’s this about helping coco take nutes better? Does that include autopots? Cause I’m def interested! Even before tanks turn on I’m always looking for more info. Even now I’d like to hit them with some silica cause the last run was falling all over the place but I can’t be home to lst them which I love doing and get great results. Branches too stiff to lst after silica IME. so not being here everyday really sucks. But do tell…
And did you ever get geo or autopots??

Hey man,

Yes i did get the geo pots gonna be firing them up soon. So you might already know this but it was new to me. I got a buddy and he was telling about this additive he use. Its call “yucca wet” it is ground up yucca plant roots. What it does is lowers the surface tension of your water. Which helps your coco stay wetter for longer and allows your water to move and peniteate better. This helps to avoid dry spots and to get nutrients to roots better and helps to flysh out salts. I gotta say i have been using it in solo cups and it does keep the coco better hydrated i gotta say. You can get it on amazon, i got the raw yucca powder its like $20. I was having an issue with it getting to dry and fucking up my EC and PH then getting lock out. So hoping this does the trick for me.

Interesting…

RAW Yucca contains 50% Yucca schidigera extract with maltodextrin as a carrier. As a natural wetting agent, it improves water distribution in soil and foliar applications, helping nutrients move evenly throughout the root zone and across leaf surfaces.

Expanded Description:
Water is essential—but it doesn’t always move evenly through soil or across plant leaves. RAW Yucca solves this by acting as a natural surfactant, breaking water’s surface tension so it spreads more effectively.

  • Root Zone Benefits: Improves how water and nutrients penetrate soil, ensuring they reach fine root hairs for better uptake.
  • Foliar Efficiency: Helps spray solutions form a thin, even film across leaf surfaces instead of beading up—improving coverage and absorption.
  • Flush Aid: Enhances flushing of excess salts by allowing water to flow more evenly through the root zone.
  • Microbe Friendly: Yucca extract is gentle on beneficial microorganisms, unlike some synthetic wetting agents.
  • Convenient Use: With maltodextrin as a carrier, RAW Yucca is easy to handle, store, and measure. Works at very low rates—just a pinch (1/16 tsp per 5 gallons) enhances any foliar spray, flush, or nutrient solution.

RAW Yucca is 100% soluble and integrates seamlessly into all feeding programs.
