I purchased a 2x4 tent kit almost a year ago. My cloudline 6" oscillating fan quit oscillating and I contacted ACI yesterday morning via email. Within 30 minutes I got a return email asking for an address and product code off of the fan and sent the info back immediately. They said they are busy to be patient. I received an email today saying that they have processed the order and will turn it over to shipping dept, again be patient as we are busy. 20 minutes later I got another email providing me with a tracking number saying it would go out today. I can’t remember the last time I had this good of an experience after a purchase with customer service. The nice part is I still have another year of warranty on the whole kit. Very pleased with ACI.
My old hydro farms 12" both gave out and I was eyeing ACI this morning for a fan
That’s great to hear. I’ve heard good things before and that’s one of the main reasons I want to go with ACI when I get a tent system.
The gen 2 is nice and on sale…
I knew immediately they were a reputable company when they put out the recall on their 6 inch oscillating fans… and all their stuff is really well made and pleasing to look at…
They cost a little more but buying the whole kit I thought was reasonable. I purchased a humidifier and dehumidifier separately but everything thing else was in the kit. I’m on my fourth grow and it works great. I was worried the light was under powered at 200w but I have never had the light on high, just switched to 12/12 and light is on level 7 and DLI is perfect. Everthing has an unconditional 2 year warranty as well.
I have nothing but good things to say about that company!!! I had a problem with my inline fan and my story went just like the one above.
I called them when I was pricing the different brands, and most importantly didn’t want to skimp n the light. Their CS staff employee was great. Spot on and the hold time was non-existent.
I ended up with more than enough light for my 2x4x72. ACI CS recommends their IONFRAME Commercial 240. When I turn up the levels, the tent gets a bit hot. Even with 73 degree lung room temps, the tent will get to 80
I’m running 8688 right now. As long as you keep, your rh up you’ll be good
Edit…in veg
I’m trying to find the right combo for full flower, which is a few weeks away. I placed a dehumidifier in the room and shut the door. Temps in the lung room which is less than 350’ sq, were just under 80. No beuno. Humidity in the lung room was 45% so the humidifier was running almost constantly.
Just rolled the dehumidifier to the door of the lung room, which is next tot he house thermostat. Need to cool off the lung room with about 47% humidity.
It’s a battle buddy
Stay at it but don’t let it wreck ya
Naaa i’m good bro! But I am not going to lose due to inaction.
Edit: @StonedCold13 have a great Labor Day holiday. Burn one.
Yeah buddy, back atcha
Burn 3,4 10…Let’s get lite lite
They replaced my locals grow buddy’s occolators (series 1) both of them as a recall and his still worked. They still sent him two without issue.
They are definitely a top notch company and back their products 100% from what I’ve experienced. They also seem to truely be concerned with your satisfaction.
