My seedlings are two weeks old and I haven’t used the ventilation fan yet. I was thinking of starting it tomorrow. It has a rheostat, how best should I use it? I was thinking of starting it slow and running it faster when the plants get bigger. Any tips?

Yes see the RH drop when you fire it up. Use fan speed to target RH and temperature.
If tent goes a bit concave “sucked-in” thats ok.
Flap at bottom open or partly open, intake air. In the bottom out the top.
Carbon filter, or smell is no problem.
Are you venting into the lung room, outside the tent, or to outdoors.

I do have a carbon filter and it is venting out the top into the lung room. I may need a humidifier to maintain proper humidity (which I currently don’t have). I guess I’ll fiddle with it and see.

fiddling with it will be the norm…especially if weather changes. My fiddling has reduced, but am always doing adjustments…open/close windows, door, flaps…and adjusting the always on ventalation.
