I just harvested my Gold Leaf, and was a little concerned that I found 4 seeds in the buds. Is this a norm or was she a herm? Too few seeds would make me think that it is not, untheless am I wrong ,and will it make my harvest not so potent? (update)

Also, will the seeds be ok to plant now or are they too young and need time to season, for a lack of better terms.

Yes, sounds like you got a latent hermi.
The seeds can be planted relatively soon after being harvested, I’ve had a plant I let go too late drop its own hermi seed and have it start growing underneath the mother plant while still in bloom.
