What organic fertlizers do ypu use during your grow? Besides the start with the soil with nutes already added ive been doing 100 percent synthetic and ive heard synthetic may have more control but its more difficult as well.
My opinion is opposite of this. I start them with the organic nutrients and liquid feed synthetic fertilizer that’s instantly available. Top dressing organic amendments is a timing thing as in Knowing when to amend the organic nutrients so they have the time needed to break down and become available. @Storm @MeEasy can offer some advice using organic amendments
Takes a couple weeks to break down enough for easy uptake. Set top dress scheduling with that in mind. Other than that it is easy peasy.
Appreciate ya Grow Bro
Guess i just gotta get the hang of kt a bit more lol, at least my 2 plants are looking good though, just gotta prepare a bit better i mean thats like 80 percent of it is preparing.
Thanks for the tag man.
@Storm @OGIncognito what do both you guys think about soaking the soil with nuts before use if all the previous nuts are gone? Example 2 ml of grow big per gallon and use that on the medium. That way theres already nuts the plants are gonna need in the veg phase. Is it practical?
My thoughts are pick 1 and stick. Ratios vary by producer. Feed schedules etc. Pick the 1 you want to use and move forward. If it is a top dress 2 weeks wont harm diddly. Already have nutes in the soil. Might get hungry but she will eat soon as available.
Basically pick something and stick to it, makes sense. Ill try the 2 ml of grow big per gallon of water run that through the soil before my next run. Its not a scedual or anything just somrthing i tjought of hey no nuts in the soil anymore hmm. I dont wanna throw it out. I spent monry on it what can i do to get some nuts in the soil before starting lol. I appreciate the info
Yes, and with organic soil SIPs plants have access to water on demand as needed
What is sips? I gjess thats understandable with organics lol. They are gentle and dont wanna wash out any nuts if you can help it since its pretty resistant to burning unlike synthetics and no salt bulldup with organics as well.
“A sub-irrigated planter (SIP) is a type of planting container that waters plants from the bottom, allowing water to rise through the soil via capillary action. This method helps maintain consistent moisture levels, reducing the need for frequent watering and promoting healthier plant growth.”
If you search, there a many documented grow threads
Ill make sure to look into it thank you very much
