Putting up the tent this week. 4by4 tent. Carbon filter vsfd6500 Vivosun
4by4by8 vivosun tent with the fixins.
Ffhf thinking bottom 30% ffof. 3 gallon fabric.
Thinking about running 2 photos(never done before) and autos. Thoughts? Blue dream maybe gdp. Not sure. Thoughts? Any combo someone wants to see?

Would need a lot more information such as your growing style how tall is the tent how long of a veg what kind of lighting ventilation soil soilless Etc
How long you been growing?
Photo’s produce more typically
I would suggest starting a journal and list all your equipment and how you plan on growing

I do mixed grows all the time. I suggest sit on 18/6 till want to flower photo. Switch to 12/12 when flowering the photo. The auto will just keep on trucking.

Start Autos three weeks earlier than your Photos. They will benefit from the 18x6 lights during early flower. Also place Photos in the corner of your tent so they will be able to withstand the lighting better early on once your Photos are ready to transition to flower with 12x12 your Autos will be closer to finishing and be right in the middle of tent. Once you pull them out to harvest the Photos will be able to move to center stage of tent to get better lighting.

Go for it , once you flip photo’s to 12/12 light schedule autos will not miss a beat.

Honestly thought I would just keep trucking the photo in veg with super training till the autos finished

So they keep the same heights? Thought about just snaking the photos around everything and letting the autos take canopy. Thoughts?

The vsfd I mentioned in the topic can’t remember the model. But it fills the 4by4 I have the side lights in my cart ready to pull the trigger. .
3 gallon fabric. Going to 70/30 ffof perlite hand mixed bottom of fabric pot 70/30
The top of the fabric 70/30 ffhf perlite will take up the 70% on the top half. 30%below will be the ffof.
I got pens. Prolly need some more work on that. Gas out city water and ph to 6.3-6.7.
Only feed I want to add to water is unsulfered backstrap molasses liquid seaweed and calmag.
This is my second grow ever. This was results of my first.
These were all blue dream autos.

Works well. When flip the photo will fill the tent. If doing that i suggest just fim or top the auto. Train the photo. Space will disappear fast.

3 of the 5 autos above were topped. I’d say in that tent they stood 3 1/2 feet. That was one week out from finish or close enough I’d say. Think keep the two photos just at that height or under before the flip?

Consider double in size possible. Train accordingly. Flip before going to outgrow tent.

you still need room to water and take care of them

Sounds good blue dream in the back
When I grew ILGM GDP Photo’s they were not that tall so I put boosters under them to keep an even canopy
I’m not sure how tall their auto’s get
