1st journal! 3rd grow, QB'S & FFOF soil w/ WWEF seeds

I was torn a bit when I got the 260xl vs 2 of the 135’s , I liked the flexibility of 2 lights for plants not same height. I wonder what the 260 is putting out at min power??? Maybe 100w???

The lowest mine goes is 50w. Not sure if your driver cuts the power to 25w a board or not.

I’ve been led to believe min is 50% power (turned down all the way).

That’s how my 135 driver is.

I figure I’d let her grow a week or so and notch it up a little and see how she reacts.

Great starting looking good and healthy. Newbee here following your grow taking notes before my first attempt…as you do! May sound a bit daft but what does watering to run off refer to?

This is what it means to me is when I water I give about 1/2 gal, let sit for a few min and then add another 1/2 gal or a little less and the pot will hold as much as it can and the rest slowly drips out the bottom of the pot ( in my case about a pint or so) . At that point I test TDS AND Ph. Also have tested Ph before watering to 6.5. Dont know if this is “best practices” but it how I understand it. Hope this helps as I didn’t understand this until last grow and someone explained it to me. Best of luck and keep asking questions and get your read on.

Is she getting big enough for topping soon???

5th node. Don’t count the round leaves

Spread these leaves apart and nip of the ones starting in the center

Do you mean cut all between those leaves??? Or below those leaves

No, leave those. Just spread them apart to access the center, clip of the center. This one has already been topped

This is what your top will look like when you spread those other leaves apart. Take this piece

Ok I got it. Thanks. I think this is going to be a Bush when I start spreading her out.
