I’d like to start using the Halo watering rings within the next few weeks as i’ve acquired everything i need except a pump and possibly a regulator if necessary. There are so many pump options to choose from, so i dont want to buy something that isn’t needed or overkill for what i have going on. I’ll likely use a 5 gallon bucket for a reservoir that’ll feed 6 rings/plants until i can find a permanent solution. Will something like the Pondmaster PM250 work fine for this? Or what kind of pump is working for you? I do prefer something with an inlet and outlet. The rings have a 1/2 inch port. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Straight from Dr. Coco’s DIY auto watering article. That setup uses halos and 1/2 line. Looks like it has a decent price ($15.99) and it wouldn’t be recommended on that website if it didn’t work.
