Looking for water pump advice

I’m setting up a new auto watering system. Using the 9” Ez Pz Bubbler Water Rings from the Bucket Company. I’ll be running 6 of them. Has anyone else used these before? If so what size pump would you recommend using with this setup?

Shouldn’t need too powerful of a pump. Just make sure whatever you chose has the head pressure to support the distance you are going to need tube wise. Maybe aim for 500+ GPH flow rate but likely could go with less. Also make sure the pump you pick output is the same diameter of the ID of the tubing you use. So 1/2 or 3/4 depending on how your rings are fitted. You can always grab something on amazon and do a test run and see if it will be adequate or not.

That’s what I’ll probably do. Get a cheaper pump and see how it works from Amazon. Thanks for the advice.

I’ve done the same as you, 6 halo rings, 1/2" lines… 600 gph.
I valved every line to throttle down the flow, as well as equalize the rates in spite of various distances… Without valved shutoff slowing the flow, I could dump 8 gallons in one minute! The pump is also plenty to route more water further away for clone raising

Thank you for the info. I’m definitely installing the the shut off valves.
