Zkittlez auto no buds

My zkittlez autos are in week 5 of flowering and one of my plants is covered with flowers but no buds. The other three are budding nicely. Should I be concerned or patient?

Imo just be patient. It’s flowering so it’s definitely on the right track but for whatever reason it’s a slow bloomer

Good luck and I hope they swell up nicely

Can you get us a better picture up close of the buds? It almost looks like foxtailing? How much larger is this plant than the others? How much are you feeding?

It’s quite a bit taller than the others… feeding ff trio half strength once a week added beastie bloomz last feeding.

It’s possible they need more light and food.

There is a phenotype that presents in autoflowers where the plant keeps growing and making new pistils but doesn’t make hardly any resin (Trichomes). I had one several years ago and I know there is a few others mentioned here on the forum last year. It has nothing to do with your system. If its the same pheno then it will just keep on stretching and making new growth but it will never finish. Here is mine after 17 weeks. One grower waited over 25 weeks with no real buds. You can try to wait it out but if its the same issue it will never finish.

You can see two in front that were normal autos, but the one in back grew like mad and I kept bending the branches down. After 17 weeks I pulled it.

Here is another…

I hate to be the bearer of bad news. The very first pic of the funky looking pistils is showing the ruderalis trait very very strongly. One of the chances you take with growing autos. Ive had a few do this. Ive thrown them out each time. Some folks keep em and let em grow, but i just choose not to. Autos contain the ruderalis trait ( thats what makes them an auto ) and sometimes they dominate the plant. Itll continue to throw out pistils like that stacking with little to no developing buds

Me also, never heard of this or came across it.

Very unfortunate, yet still very cool to see. It might not produce bud, but it’s a new story to tell

Learning experience. It was pretty tight inside the tent anyway so now the other three will have more room. Thanks everyone.

Youll know it when you do. I had a Banana Kush Auto go rogue on me 3 grows ago. She ended up as compost. Ill have to find the pic…

Here it is… this was either a Banana Kush or G13… this was back last year sometime.

I abandoned autos not long after the one I had do that.
My grows are 100x more consistent now.
If I want a small plant I just start at 12/12 and let her flower when shes ready.
