Don’t worry about the lower leaves. It is normal for a plant to shed them as it matures. Your plant would benefit from more light, but otherwise looks fine.

It could use a bigger pot, gotta be root bound in that one.
I agree with @Growdoc. I would transplant into a larger container. Better do it asap if you do it, it will flower soon
