Ive been noticing a white powder type film on my leaves. First thought mold but today i plucked these guys from my buds. Would these cause that film and how do i kill them? Are they a threat to my buds?

They are lethal and catastrophic to plants. Look for bore holes in stems - they are done for
I did extensive pruning and spraying and still lost 3 out of 3 plants. I needed to start preventative spraying weeks earlier

Note that the product doesn’t say anything about controlling for caterpillars. Be sure what you’re spraying to control your pests is actually going to harm the pest you need to control.
Spinosad will help. Alternating treatments is even better.
