I started 3 white widows a few months ago. 1 looks normal, like you see online. Two though have thinner buds and they went black/purple. Did I get the wrong seeds? Or did I stress them into it

really? Googling around I didnt find any like them… but most like the 3rd plant with regular lookin buds… Hmm. Hope they thicken anyway.

Looks fine. Some just show out more than others. @oldmarine grows lots of WW with great colors, but not autos.

Colder temps will bring out the purple in my WW plants. My profile pic is from a WW I grew in '20…

It could be a combination of temps and genetics. I have a WW plant growing now and all it has is purple stems on the fan leaves…

Here are what my two Northern Lights looked like a few months ago. Recessive genes in play. Perfectly normal.
Also…1 of my new WW is starting to look just like yours (the one on the right) . The other not. Here are the WWs
