How about pics of the full plant? Regarding your pics, they are of trichomes on sugar leaves. Look at trichomes on flower as those on sugar leaves will go amber early than those on flower, and it is flower that you will be smoking.
How many weeks has the plant been flowering? If trichomes on sugar leaves are clear, then those on flower are even behind that.

Based on @MidwestGuy input, not ready yet. Amber on sugar leaves will preceed amber on actual bud materials. Look also for mostly red pistils “hairs” and for them to draw back into the flower. Generally at that point you’ll start looking at trichromes. Get some full plant pics up if you can. Color looks good.

I use a digital microscope from Amazon to take trichome pictures. It allows you to focus deep into a bud. I dont start checking trichomes until nearly all the white hairs have turned brown and receded. If the plant is still putting white hairs its still fattening up. Cannabis usually flowers for 8-12 weeks not counting a week or so of preflower.
