Are you setting ph on your water?

Ph is hard to stay at 6.5 with this soil it goes back up to 7

By that you mean you’re pouring in at 6.5 and your runoff is 7?

Is the pH7 a runoff number or a slurry test number?

Are you watering over the leaves, or misting the leaves? Possible burn from droplets and light.

I honestly find ffof a little hot for seedlings. It’s great once they’re established, but some strains are sensitive to it from seed for the first few weeks.
I’m now using a seedling specific soil for the first few weeks, then putting in a pot layered with ffsoils.
In the future you could try using a small area of seedling soil layered on the top/middle and the rest ffof.

Will they be okay if its from water on leaves?

Water on the leaves can magnify your lights and burn them. Keep water and nutrients off the leaves. The plant you are worried about should be just fine if you keep up with appropriate watering and feeding.

Agreed. Keep an eye on it. Probably something happened to the leaves when they were young. New growth looks fine
