Unless I am reading it wrong… Yes this is a reading from the run off when I last watered 3 days ago. I checked the leaves no pests. I haven’t started the Fox Farm trio because they are in the Fox farm Ocean and were transplanted 4 weeks ago. I am going to start the liquid nutrients next week. I accidently left the overflow water in the trays and it sucked it up a day later the spots appeared.
It seems you are reading it right, that is very high for seedlings or vegging! Once runoff if done dripping you need to discard it. I wouldn’t start feeding yet, most people who use FFOF do not feed for 6-8 weeks!
When I water I put 1 gallon in each 5 gallon bag every 3 to 4 days. I wait until its knuckle deep dry. Should I do more water?? Not much over flow this last time… Thanks so much for the help. They are 2 weeks from going into the flower stage. When would I start nutrients?
You want to water until you have 15% of what you put in runs off, however much that is! If you just transplanted, I would not feed until the runoff is below 700! A more accurate reading would come from a slurry test instead of run off!
Spend you a few dollars on a good 3 in one Ph pen , the cheapest one work but they won’t last a full grow before losing calibration , so your numbers on your pen can be off by .8 with the less than $20 pens , I’ve used hundreds of them , just fund you a good quality brand pen and get you 3 of them , I used this model but your plants look super healthy as of now just needs a Lil Epsom Salt 5mls a gallon !
