Welcome to the Canna-Fam Growmie :love_you_gesture::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:. Flip when net is full for scrog or without net you generally do it when the plant is half the size you want it to be when flowering. They can grow double in size when in stretch phase of flowering.

Thank you all for the comments.
Plants were quite tall. Thats why i had to scrog them to lower their height. They are still recovering from the twisting and tucking. Ive heard that scrog is a kind of HST. Should i wait a few more days, or its ok to flip before they fully recover?

More LST than HST and won’t stall the growth, I would flip the light schedule Grow Bro :love_you_gesture:

@Madmax1 The more time you give them they will grow but you have to keep in mind when you do flip there going to stretch and get much bigger and they will do it fast. I flip them lights my friend happy growing
