When do you start flower nutrients

Hi Everyone
When do you all start adding flowering fertilizer to your grow. When you flip the plants or before. If before how long before? In recent grows I have been using Pride Lands Bloom Enforcer, flower finisher and sometimes Incredible bulk. They seem to do a good job but it can always be better. So how do you play it?

In general, I start mine at the flip. One of the nute lines I use has a transition feed the week before flip in their feed schedule…so I do that.

I feed MC1 straight through except for two weeks, I start Blossom Booster from Jacks a week before flip and a week after, I did the same with Jacks 321, but changed to 421 after the Booster. Starting a week before flipping gets the flowering nutes in the plant so they are available and should prevent most deficiencies, I usually up the Epsom with Jacks at this time, or add it to the MC1.

I like to use my veg nutes one week after light flip to support the stretch. Is it better?I don’t know everybody has a little different idea. Good question happy growing .

That’s when I’ll switch 321 to jacks 420, I’m using MPK the week just before, and 1st week into flip…
(I’m in a 4x4, and trying to control the stretch sometimes)
Then slight dose of mpk through week 5 for bulk and trichome development…
I also alter to 421 jacks whenever they look awkward, but they run naked 420 from week 7on till flushing begins.

Well think about what the nutrient changes are designed for, even npk or high nitrogen npk is good for veg, this is when the plant is packing on vigorous new green growth, when you flip the plant actually continues “ vegging” for quite some time so a little excess nitrogen in this early flower stage will be used up , the stretch should consume a decent amount of nitrogen so me personally I would go veg nutrient all the way to flip, I’d water with plain ph water for about a week, and then when the run off ppm is trending down again I’d start flower nutes, but definitely fact check me as I am still a noob lol a noob with family in the industry up north
