I see MG pellets.

@Tyco5664 Is that Miracle Grow soil? Miracle Grow and cannabis don’t get along.

Yes miracle grow soil , 600 watt led liight 2 ft away from the plant its about three and a half weeks from germination. And i just started to add fox farm nutrients and nematodes

Yes this is miracle grow soil , 600 watt led its just about 3 1/2 weeks from germination and i started to add fox farm nutrients. Is it to late to save the plant and what should i do . i have my light about 2 ft from top of plant. And added nematodes also thats the pack sitting on top. Girl scout cookies strain thanks so much

Miracle grow is no bueno. Because of the time release nitrogen…it can really give you fits in flower. I wouldnt be feeding nutrients since the soil is loaded already. Next plant needs to be in a cannabis friendly soil or coco coir. I would be using coco if you are new and trying to learn.

Yes miracle grow soil the plant is just under 4 weeks of germination . i started fox farm nutrients last week. I have it under a 600 watt led 2ft from top of plant and a pack of nematodes on top . Is it to late to save the plant ? What should i do . can i transplant it into fox farm ocean forest.

Definitely don’t need nutrients. We see a lot of growers with problems with MG soil, as it submarines your pH and nukes your plant with nutes every time you water. I would suggest transplanting into a soil that is buffered for cannabis such as Black Magic, Roots Organics, or a Fox Farm product. You won’t need nutrients at all for at least 4 weeks when using any of these products.

You can try to transplant it but it’s not guaranteed that the plant will make it. The easiest way to get your plant out of that soil it to cut the pot off of it and wash it all off it the yard. Dont try to pull the plant up though, just spray the roots with water until you get it all off. Look into coco coir for growing, is definitely the easiest media to work with and its 100% better then any soil…for indoor growing

Is it to late for me to take it out of my 3 gallon pot and put it in ff ocean forest? And if i can do that when should i feed the nutrients after transplant thanks

The loaded soils are different. To know when it’s time to feed, you have to monitor the ppm runoff with a TDS meter. Once the ppms of the soil get below 1000 then you can pick up in feeding schedule wherever your at in your grow.

If you go Fox Farm I would recommend Happy Frog for a new grower, and your plant needs a break from the nutes anyway. Ocean Forest is pretty hot soil.

No nutes for 6 weeks in Ocean forest. No nutes for 4 weeks in Happy Frog. They both have plenty of nutrients for your plant to feed on for weeks.

Just cut the 3gal pot away from the dirt and then hose all the miracle grow off of the roots. Carefully place the place into new soil and lightly water it in to set the roots.

I have ocean forest at home should i transplant it in that ? Or should i go buy something else . i dont have a hydroponic store around i had to order the ocean forest online. And after i transplant how long should i wait to feed it nutrients. Again thanks

Gotta monitor runoff ppm with a TDS meter. Once it drops below 1000 you can pick up with feeding

Transplant at your own risk. Its doable but the plant could also die if to many roots get broken off. Just rinse the old dirt away if your gonna try it

Are you (were you) planning on keeping them in the 3 gallon pots the entire grow?
I too used miracle grow my first grow and had some bumps but they finished fine. I did feed them teas and top dressed dry natural nutrients.
My thought is as your a new grower is to use a soil and not coco as coco requires you to do all the feeding as the medium is inert (void of nutrients) and relies on you suppling needed nutrients and having to do all the PH and PPM checks etc and most use chemical nutrients and that keeps the medium essentially sterile and void of how Mother Nature works outside with a soil populated with beneficial bacteria and fungi doing all the heavy lifting. You feed the soil critters and they feed the plants.
Most Fox farms nutrients are chemically based and not organic.
Please stop adding any nutrients for awhile and just use water.
Imsickkid does a great job running coco so if you do that he is a great one to help with that.
Up to you on transplanting there are risks doing that as well as staying the course.

You cant over water coco, yes…you provide the plant all of its nutrients for its whole life but thats as easy as making a batch of koolaid haha people make coco sound hard but it’s way easier then soil. In a sense of, what you put in is what they get. For instance, if you have a plant having problems, you mix a fresh batch and reset the medium.

Everyone grows how they prefer. But to me…if your indoor and you have a high powered light then your running a high performance garden. Soil has no room in a high performance garden but that’s just my thoughts. Plenty of people grow great soil plants inside…all comes down to personal preference

I have been there I started with miracle grow too, just because it was a brand I recognize. I have however seen the light , I’m a changed man. I have a stockpile of happy frog now.
