A buddy of mine gave me this to try , never in my life have i seen anything like this. Is this mold?

Hard to tell. If thats not a thick layer of crusty thc then no dont smoke it. Or crystal sugar trics whatever yous call it now

No dont smoke it then. Even high amounts of crystal I couldnt see you call powdery. I had white powdery coated weed from gov’t dispensary, moldy, checked package, 1.5 years old and leaked

I myself would not risk it, looks like PM to me, tossed qp of Afghan a few weeks ago had mold that I did not find while trimming it showed up 2.5 -3 months later it went in burn barrel.
Strange. I havent seen a coating like that high zoom. Even if it were rolled in something good like pcp still I wouldnt.

But it’s a bud dipped in wax then rolled in heif and/or thc Dimonds .
