Nice looking grow!
Keep us posted. Can’t wait to see how they turn out
That’s great @Popcorn, it’s encouraging to know other folks are interested in the grow. I’d love to get constructive feedback from the pros on the site too. How does the color look, do you notice anything lacking just from the pics?
Here’s today. Since last post I gave them one gallon of nutrient feed and just yesterday a castings and bone meal top dress!
I’m watering about 1.5 L (~1/3 gal) every 4 days, with nutrient solution and every third watering is water. Does this sound about right?
Word
I’ve had them on two mars reflector 480W (true total watts 400W), this is my 2nd grow, and I’m working on a DWC system and a 480W diy strip led light for grow #3!
Day 33:
Currently trying to iron out the discolorations I’m getting in the leaves. Started another thread to try to get some support on it. Maybe nutrient build up and lockout so I am flushing to see if that helps. Still getting pH 5.0 runoff. Or maybe it’s just characteristics of the genetics? Thoughts anyone?
Day 45. I suppose I should start thinking about when to harvest. I’ve got some great fat colas but they all didn’t fatten up like I’d hoped.
Went away for two week long trips recently and had a hard time each time recovering. Let it go too dry and too long without a feeding, but it’s generally recovered.
This is day 57 apparently!
Can someone help me with identifying trichome quality? Should I harvest?
@Midwestnewbie @BobbyDigital @Myfriendis410 @Growyourown @Countryboyjvd1971 @Oldguy
Anyone care to comment on the state of these trichomes? This is my first time doing a harvest based on trichome quality and could use some expertise!
Thanks in advance
I see some amber but on the leaves. Not long though. Mostly cloudy on the buds from what I can see. Have to an keep an eye on them. They’re not too far off. ![]()

Looks good tho. Peace
@Deece.
Agreed with @Oldguy they’re not far keep a close eye on the ones on the buds. But very close and looks nice.
Not there yet. When you put up a picture: do one by itself so we can superzoom.
Sorry man not sure what you mean by super zoom!
Click on the picture you put up. Then, click it again. It will zoom in more. Won’t do that with multiple photos in one post.
Looks like you are about there. I’d be flushing if I were you.
Very helpful! Thanks. Flushing it is
