Well I have to admit I am impressed with HLG customer service

Ordered a new light last week, a 260 Rspec,never received an order confirmation or tracking number so I called C.S. and the lady got my name looked it up and got my order straightened out.When it arrived today they had upgraded my order to the new 260 XL R spec which until somebody ,I think @dbrn32,mentioned after I had already ordered and I was kicking myself.That’s customer service… With the discount code "dude " it was $327 out the door.I’m :blush: happy as

I’ve had a good similar experience. I got a bum power supply. All they asked for was the serial number of the power supply and the next day shipped a replacement. I was impressed.
