so it being only my 3rd grow, is it too late to lollipop everything below the net. I make the mistake of thinking these were auto flower and waited to long to turn.

Not too late, perfect time to get to it.
Although technically this is defoliate and not lollipop. That’s typically done a week or so before harvest.
I do mine when they start showing flowers. Cut off everything below the net, take clones, etc
Haven’t tried a net yet. All I’ve used is bamboo rods and plant wire with low stress training. I did cut all the lower fam leaves and lower shoots off so the plants could focus on the main bud sites. Seems to have done a good job. Good luck.
