Did they just start getting yellow after you flipped to 12/12, or were they already yellow?
I know @CooterJuice has delt with this kind of problem and autopots. Maybe @OGIncognito @Retiredoldguy might have some input as to why plants are yellow.

Is that PH and PPMs at the res and the auto trays? Whatās the solution in the res look like, clear or murky? 1st appearance is hungry for nitrogen
Appreciate the tag Brother
Are all those being fed from the same reservoir? 2 look great
Have you checked to make sure those 2 pots are in fact getting water and you dont have a clog?
Also, put your ph pen right in the tray. If you need to treat that plant differently you can mix up a separate batch and add it right into the tray. Itās surprising how much you can overfill it. Just remember that it will be a mixture of whateverās in the rez + the new stuff
PH and PPMs are the same at the tank and in the trays. Solution looks clear.
Started after flipping
Yes. all started at the same time and everything. Thats what I cant figure out. 2 look great and the other two yellow
Yes I always make sure they have water in the trays. I get pretty nervous about that. No issues so far.
@JohnM something is off here if all 4 are getting the same thing and the 2 on one side turned yellowā¦I would be looking for a flow blockage as @CooterJuice mentioned since I tend to think you have a deficiency of some sort or is there something that got in those auto pots that did not get in the othersā¦thanks for bringing me in on this @HappyHydroGrower ā¦
Man, I got nothin. May have already been mentioned but what are you using for water?
Jackās 321 standard mix & used for veg= 3.6/2.4/1.2
Booster mix= Jacks Part A/ Cal nitrate (Part B) / Epsom salts / MKP
2/2.7/2/1.2
Flower mix= 3.8/2.2/1.2.
If calcium issues try 3.7/2.5/1.1
You look to be in flower - Iād switch over to the 3.8/2.2/1.2 ratio
@Nicky really knowledgeable when it comes to AutoPots and growing. He may have seen this issue along the way.
My thinking would be when they transition to flower, they have to maintain that N and Mag through the trans because they are growing at an enormous rate. Maybe the medium is not soaking up the nutes well enoughā¦ ??
I have wondered this because I have seen this 3 times with AutoPots where the whole plant turns yellow.
I agree about raising nutes because, thatās the great thing about Jackās, you can play with the ratios to dial it in. Good luck and keepāem growin!
Anyone hit up @Covertgrower ? Iām pretty sure heās been running the autopots for a while
Sorryā¦I zoomed in before I postedā¦thought it was soil. Still looks like itās starving for something.
So I just went down and spent some time with my girls. The two that are yellow the auto pots had the most horrid smell. One of them the water was actually brown. Not sure what caused it. I took all four auto pots out and washed them out. I also flushed the two that were yellow. I know you problably are not supposed to do that with auto pots but I had to do something. Made sure all lines are clean and running good. Hopefully this fixes the problem.
Thatās @Myfriendis410 that has the auto pots I believe. And @Nicky
I do jacks a coco.
Close but no cigar!! Thank you
Consider the information provided my simple Geuss is your 1000ppm is to low 1200-1400 is where mine sits, you wonāt always see issues but my assumption is that those two plants are just hungrier genetics (even if there are the same seed unless they are clones seeds are different every single time, like having a baby)
Boost your ppm a bit, mix in some more at the same ratios.
However your going into flower so what has been done canāt be repairedā¦ You can only prevent it from getting worse. So I suggest In the future ensuring you ppm is higher to try and avoid this issue
