Update on my journal as i cannot post pics there 2x2x4

Those plants are far enough in veg that you should be able to do full power.
Whats the hanging Height recommendation?
How far is it from the top of your plants now?

A good rule of thumb is if you can put your hand over your plant and it isn’t hot on your skin your good.

I set my lights at the furthest height from the plant and lower them accordingly. Better safe than sorry i always say.

recommended 18-24 inches. Currently about 17 inches from taller plant and 21 from the healthier one.

Also planning on switching to 12/12 tomorrow. Is there anything in particular I should do before switching?

Alot of people will flush before flower. Im not there yet but im going to start flushing about a week before. Then introduce flower nutes. You dont want a high amout of Nitrogen for flower. Flushing gets rid of the excess.

Seems like your hang height should be good man, you wont be disappointed in that light.

Well the healthier one has been in the FFOF for about 6 weeks now so I feel like the nutes should be just about depleted. I’m getting tired of waiting for those damn white hairs so I want to flower to make sure I have girls.

Let me tell ya. These gals are loving this new light! I went out of town for father’s day and when i returned 3 days later there’s quite a bit of growth. I set up the scrog today. Let me know if there’s anything that looks out of place!

Whats wrong with the plant on the left.

@RoDeezyDoe i originally planted them in MG soil and she came out super twisted and has never really grown out of it. I topped her after the 5th node last week. She’s growing quite fast now. I did give her to a friend today and will still be monitoring her grow She’s going to be out outside today in her forever home

Oh yeah i used mg too but i got them out of it the first transplant. Im curious to see how that one turns out.

The other one looks happy as hell man.

What’s crazy is they were both in the MG for about a week or 2. They were both transplanted to the FFOF at the same time. She just can’t seem to grow out of it though… I really hope they’re female though. They’re in the middle of week 8 and still no signs from what I can tell

Mine were about the same. 2 weeks ish.

I put them in coco loco by bushdoctor (fox farms) and they haven’t looked back since.

They broke ground on 5/3 and 5/5.

They look BEAUTIFUL!! I have to agree once i switched the soil the really took off. both of mine were planted on 5/2. The healthier one popped through the dirt about 6 hours later

The big one is getting hard to maintain, so much lst to get her to bush out like that and ive cracked a couple branches in the process.

I think im going to flip the switch on mine next week.
The big girl is trying to peek out of the closet.

Mine started showing sex about a month in. But my plant i didnt lst showed me earlier than the big girl.

I feel ya… I’m going to attempt to fill this screen with just the healthier plant. Hopefully that doesn’t take to long because i’m becoming mighty impatient. Also only being in a 4ft high tent has me super nervous as well. But with my luck i’ve probably done all this just to get a male plant.

That plant would love a full tent and some lst. Just remember to leave yourself double the space. Sometimes they stretch a ton, sometimes they dont. I have a buddy who is growing and his plants only stretched a couple inches before packing on weight.

I have started the LST, it’s about that time to re do it. I was honestly hoping I could just keep tucking the plant back under the screen as it keeps growing. I probably need to give it a haircut as well she’s super bushy. I’m just nervous about what to remove as I don’t want to kill it lmao.

Good rule of thumb is not to prune more than like 15% of the plant at a time. I take about 10 - 15 leaves off at a time and then let her rest.

You can just take off the big fan leaves that are blocking the lower nodes.

This is a fresh trim and lst.

It gives the inside growth of the plant more light and air.

More lst more bush.

The scrog net is a good way to keep your plant short as well but im not 100% sure how it works really.

I have an AC Infinity S4 in-line fan with a CFM of 205. Should the CFM of the carbon filter be higher or lower? The CFM on the AC INFINITY 4in cabin filter is 210, but they’re sold out. Has anyone used G HYDRO? Was thinking about this one.
