Lol. It is around 10" tall when I don’t tie it down. The stalk got thicker and thicker every time I topped it. And I also kept a fan blowing on my plant all day, it helped to strengthen the stalk when it was young. Now it just helps to circulate air. I’m trying to keep the overall height to about 18", maybe 20" max. I only have 36" of grow space and the 5 gal bucket takes up a lot of that space.
Next time you do another round of growing, follow nugbucket’s technique step by step. That’s all I did. This is my first try and it’s actually fairly simple to do. Granted I only have one plant. But the more practice you get the easier it will become. Happy growing dude!
Now you should super crop it , squeeze a few nuckles on the double nodes until you hear a pop or snap , this will really bulk up the stalk .
hey will look at that stalk , your will do that to when you main line . Honestly I think it would be best from seed instead of clone ?

Day 10 of flowering- 6/28/15 the 8 mains are starting to take shape. The plant is still stretching, but not as fast as before. I think it’ll be short in the end. Thanks for looking!
Now pinch each nuckle right above the splits of the main lines , that’s super cropping and it would definitely help them buff up . My total dry weight off one plant was 119 grams and the little one was 64 grams total of two plants main lined .

Hill rest yes , it was main lined by accident , more less a rookie experiment . But yes in all total it was 119 grams , and I have a small oh kush plant that did right over 2 ounces and quarter . Using the ILGM booster nutrients and the recipe for success in rotation . But yes the plant with tape got very massive and very dense colas , 8 total of being main lined .
Yes the plant up top in the photo , after cutting 3 colas , the last 5 blew up twice as big than the photo . I’m not sure if that’s good are bad , but for what I put that plant through in the beginning , I’m shocked it even survived .
Bout to try a white widow , and see if I can main line it in the same manner , but I’m only growing one plant this time . I don’t have much space for multiples , but with the advance LED light I have and one plant , I’m thinking it will do great by it self . Besides advance led lights is running a 4 of July special on all lights , $200 off special .
Day 14 flowering 7/2/15- first pistils starting to show up. Still hardly any smell. Hopefully it stays tame because I’m not sure how well my carbon filter will do. Also I have to water everyday now. Thanks for looking!

Day 20 of flowering- she’s starting to form little bud sites all over. I noticed the leaves are yellowing a little bit, I didn’t expect it to happen so soon. Plant looks good other than that. Any thoughts? Thanks for looking!

The yellowing, the leaf tip burn, and the curling at the edges of the leaves worry me a little. Are you watching your nutrient salt build up in the soil? And your pH near the root zone?
I’ve been watering with 5.8-6.0 ph’d water. I’m using a floral bloom meant for hydroponics about once every three days. I make a gallon of water. It’s a 0-5-2 I believe. Sorry don’t have the exact numbers on me.
That is all and good, but we need to know what is happening in the soil.
Maybe test the extra runoff when you water. Too much accumulating nutrients in the soil might be responsible for the nute burn and taco leaf or up curling at the leaf’s serrated edges. Maybe you need to flush the soil, or only water with no nutrients, or wait way more than 3 days. A PPM or EC reading of the soil, and the pH, actually in the soil, are the numbers I’m looking for.
