What does the expected yield mean, wet or dry weight?
When it says expected yield per 3x3 sq ft, does that assume 1 plant?

So they are not talking about plant number they are talking about space 3x3- if you can make a single plant reach those dimensions 3x3 that that would be the estimated yield - and I believe is dry weight not completely sure
I asked that too & reply was 1 plant 3x3 & dry
Just remember those numbers are under optimal conditions. Climate, care, and lights have huge impact on it also…

Anyways my best advice would be go for easy to grow seeds rather than yield a this point if you never grow before
