Twisted sisters. Enlightened by cubes

I think the plant looks fine, i wouldn’t worry too much… and see how it goes :slightly_smiling_face: is the any chance the bugs are moths or house bugs?

I don’t have any recommendations for the bugs unfortunately. I have some stuff on hand, that I bought for just in case but, have never used it. I think that it’s Jack’s or something like that. I’m not at home right now but, I can get you the info when I get home :+1::v:

Various different types of bugs, we back onto nature preserve, so lots of bugs…

I would just steady the ship and wait for responses from the light and fan change. See if any occur, so at least you can rule them out.

Possibly @repins12 knows of better stuff. I have only used mine once on both areas. Bugs left and never showed up in the other.

Whatever you get for that, maybe you’ll see positive signs from the air and light intensity changes while you are waiting and can study the plant more.

Agreed, cooling my jets and monitoring for change.
Closest thing I can find on amazon australia, so far.

Neem is the most appropriate for many species.

I really wish everything I used this grow was OMRI listed. I will try very hard with my next tent run to stay all natural.

I’m truly trying to make healthy medicine here.

You’ll get it back on track.

I had an old sergeant that used to say, “B…, don’t get wrapped around the axle.”

Thanks for the good vibes B. Appreciate it.
This is the only one of safer brand I can find that ships to Oz.

If you have any good local nurseries or grow stores, their workers may have experience with products available locally to you and proven to work in your area.

Just a thought.

I’m lucky with a real good organics guy running the grow store in my town.

U crashing out just as we getting it started on this side of the pond. Solid advice all around. Looks a tad like heat stress to me as well. Could be lights if the damage is more in the canopy (at the top)

I’ve had leaves look like that on two different grows.
One I’ll attribute to doing a foliar spray while lights were on using a tea.
Caused tacoing and some browning of those leaves. What I’ve decided…and I could be wrong is that I’m able to with the type of lights I’m using …HLG 600H…is I am able to water them with RO water which doesn’t have any dissolved solids (10ppm) I don’t experience any issues when the leaves get wet all over with lights at 100% in middle of the day cycle but when the water contains any feed I’ll turn the lights down to about half until they dry and then back up. My middle 45 gal pot is so full of growth it’s difficult to water them underneath as it’s so dense and I’ve had no problems with water droplets acting as magnifying glass and burning the leaves and I think it has to do with there being no dissolved solids in the RO water. Done this 3 or 4 times with no issues. So my lesson from this is I can get them wet while lights on 100% as long as it’s just plain old RO water. Your mileage may vary based on your lighting type…but my LED lights don’t seem to cause issues.

My second Taco issues were this past grow and it did cause some of the top leaves on a couple plants to taco…strains were bubble gum auto and I think OGK auto and I think was light related even though I checked how much light they were getting with a meter and was within acceptable ranges but 2 of the 4 plants under those lights on that side of tent were affected. So those were more susceptible to stronger lighting. I even rotated the 45 gal pot they were in to move most affected one more into the corner where light was less intense. For me wasn’t a fan wind issue as far as I could tell but that can also cause issues with constant wind on them affecting the stomata. From what I’ve read wind burn causes the leaves to claw down not taco up. Also can cause spots etc that may look like deficiency etc but is wind burn.
The affected leaves got dry and crunchy but the end result at harvest was great dense buds anyway. Lights were about 30” above plants.

Hope this helps

No further progression this morning, lights will stay at 50% until Ibsee a change either way, thanks @PurpNGold74 and @Skydiver

Just checked the GL at lunch time.
All new growth is now affected, on canopy and underneath. Haven’t got much time until next client. Light has been raised, still 50%. I’m leaning towards deficiency.

Just a brainstorm…

Or maybe too much of something? Could the roots have found too much of something in that good soil?

Just ponderin’…

Been doing some research to help figure out what’s going on with the plants. This is the only result I came up with that showed tacoing as a symptom that wasn’t heat or light related.

Thanks for the info shindig, DAMN I hope its not an infestation, the other sister choc, is still unaffected? I will continue investigation, is neem effective on Russett mites? Woah, it has not been my day, had a sh!tty end to the working day and now my head is spinning over this…
Ok, mini spit over, now to regroup and dig in for War.
Ok I need back-up people STAT!
Please tag gromies who can help assess my situation and consequent steps to take? Should I first purchase DE, or a neem based insecticide? :exploding_head:
