The Kimber is factory beavertail, Commander hammer, etc. I don’t modify my carry guns for obvious reasons. My Contender 44 is an octagon barrel and kicks like a mule, too light with 28 grs of 296 powder and a 200 gr HP.
Oh yea, it’ll raise your hand up. I modify all the guns I have and had. The trigger pull on my TC is scary light. My 686 was the same. You could sneeze on it and it’s goin off. I did that when I was shootin in clubs and competition.
Looks like a StainlessII! I used to have one.
I have a small rotation of carry guns. I have a Shield plus, Glock 43X, Glock 19, and a small 5 shot revolver in 38 spc. I upgraded the magazines on the 43X but it’s is not capable of equipping with a tac light.
Love that Colt!
MOST of mine are custom, my carry I leave stock so a DA has nothing to pick at if I have to use it. They can be sneaky!
I completely agree with the rationale of keeping your carry gun, and primary home defense weapons stock - especially the trigger assemblies! If by some rare reason you have to use it, you want it to work as designed. I did the switch to Shield Arms 15 round magazines for mine along with the metal mag catch. I’ve fired 100s of rounds thru it since going this route without a malfunction. Decent upgrade. From a shooting perspective, I think the shield plus is the easiest to shoot reliably especially for its small size. Lately I’ve been carrying a Glock 19 with a high riding OWB strong side holster under my untucked shirt.
Yep, wife carries the Shield, loves it.
Good morning growers! The little PK plant got the final treatment yesterday evening. She smells great! The flowers are on the fluffy side and that speed up the drying time.
Harvest congratulations Sir @T-ray

Chop congrats T!
Hey there ROG! It isn’t morning anymore but a late hello is better than none at all.
Thanks ya’ll. When I first started growing, I tried outside and failed miserably. So this one means a little more. Appreciate it again to all of you.
Congrats on the choppity-chop-chop! Looks great. Also, kudos for getting your successful outside cherry popped. You always remember the first time…lol ![]()
Thanks @Darran .
