Howdy growers. It’s been 3 and a half months since I harvested my last grow. I’ve been busy in the past few months and looking forward to getting back in the saddle. This will be my first time with feminized seeds. Dropped two beans today; one trainwreck from RQ and one ILGM black widow.
The wife and I are doing this together. She was not involved with the last grow but was happy with the results. She has a green thumb can seemingly grow just about anything with intuition and reading the plants where I lean toward the process. She has had much better success than I have.
So here we go. Seeds are marinating in tap water with a a few drops of H2O2 . I’ll precharge the happy frog soil in solo cup size containers tomorrow to ensure a good environment when the beans are ready to plant in the next few days.
Welcome back to the mix and you e brother reinforcements!! Wish I could get my wife’s interest in this hobby lol. Mine just complains that I spend too much time fussing over my grows lol. Good luck!
Welcome back @T-ray good to have another of your grows to watch, and glad you have back up helping out, my wife don’t help but does not complain so I guess that’s a help hehehehe luck be with the 2 of you.
I’m fortunate to have married up, I’m boxing above my weight for sure. She has a green thumb and I think my last grow, which was my first successful one, got her interested. She loved how those flowers looked and smelled in late flower. That said, my first son and new wife will probably be having news of pregnancy soon so my growing is at significant risk until I can figure it out so this one will get my full attention.
Dunked two beans yesterday morning with a few drops of H202 yesterday and precharged starting soil in solo sized planters today so they should be right to receive the beans in the next day or two. Got the tent started up for seedling and it is rocking the humidity and light is measuring right at 450 PAR. Appreciate ya’ll watching and don’t be shy of you see signs y grow may go awry.
Just gotta keep chugging along. Sorry, I’m not starting that shit again, that one has left the station…shit! Did it again. I’m out, gotta get on down the tracks. Here we go again…….
Time for an update. I’ll try and do these at least once a week.
Day 1 of observed life was yesterday. After a 48 hour soak in tap water with a little H2O2, seeds with tap roots were placed in these containers on 3 Feb. 3 days later, the babies are born. The soil was precharged with RO on 1 Feb so there is plenty to support root development for the time being. These will get all the moisture they need thru their cotyledons.
