I have 5 seeds that have their taproots and are ready to be planted, however I have to go out of town Sunday-Thursday. Should I take them with me or will they survive all alone? Help!

Are you able to pop them in soil before you leave?

@Katt742 Welcome to the community!! I would think they would be better off planted in whatever medium you are going with. But that is just my opinion. Let’s ask others. @MeEasy @kellydans

Thanks for the tag @Flitme , hi @Katt742 I’m thinking they’ll be fine as long as you have em in soil just wet em really good and they won’t need water for 4-6 days as babies

Just plant them in solo cups in soil soak it down have each cup in a glass bowl and put a bit of water in the bowl to soak up for while ur gone. But I’d think if u watered on Sunday til soaked it should be fine til thur as long as the room don’t get crazy hot inside it should be fine

Plant and soak. A few seedlings that don’t make it while you’re out of town, and getting pulled over with germinating seeds are two downers with far different consequences. That’s enough to be popped for transport and cultivating unless you can call Saul.

I cover mine like this and keep covered until they are too big for it. Usually don’t need any water at all for 5 days or more.
Until the plant has true leaves and while roots develop, it gets all its nutrients from the little round cotyledons and all it’s water from the air. See 99% Rh under the dome.

Always ask here before you buy or do something. More than likely, if it’s a thought concerning growing weed, it’s been tried or done by someone or someone that knows someone.
