Transplant day for these little girls

So these little girls are going into their big girl pots today. I’ll leave them outside as long as the weather is good but we can still have a frost up till the 15th of May so I’ll probably be rolling them in and out of the house so they don’t freeze or get frosted on. Wish me luck. I planted these on 3/10/22. They are a month old and I did cut some bottom leaves off of them and they do look better. There is the before picture I took a couple days ago. Do you all think they are looking good?

They look healthy, a little light in color but fresh ammended soil from transplant will help there. They also look like they are a bit light starved. What are they getting for light? And what is the source of that light?

I had a small grow light. They seem to be liking the sun tho. There is no reason why they shouldn’t do good. They were ready to get out of the polar pop cups. They had lots of good roots. I think they were just needing transplanting in bigger pots.

Looking good Growmie, next time fill the medium in the pots to an 1”-2” below the top. Not a lot of medium in these for root growth :love_you_gesture:

More dirt? There’s a 5 gallon bucket in each one, and the pots are huge. I can add more with out bothering the plant. I think.

Not much room left to the plants and wouldn’t help. It’s the depth that’s concerning but you never know…:love_you_gesture:
