Looking for guidance transferring seedling. I use an Aeroponic sprayer system, and looking for info on moving the seedlings from the paper towel, into the system. Should I use root riot cubes, or move the seedling directly into the clay balls in the net cups? If I use root riot, do I place that with the clay balls, or just the root riot cubes in the net cups? Than you for any assistance.

Just transfer to clay balls. Be sure to top feed until roots reach the water.

Thank you for the info! So I would some kind of neoprene holders for the seedlings then. I am super nervous moving small seedlings, it’s my first ever Aeroponic grow, I have always used soil.

Be using neoprene collars, then you won’t need any of the clay pellet medium.
