I don’t find tent heat an issue, my inline keeps it in check with the outside room temps.

I never place my thermometer in the light or it reads the radiation which we don’t want to read for air temp.

For just a bit more your able to push into the best company lights keep the ones you got for a veg tent go perpetual.

what is the difference between the se3000 and the g3000?
Look the same to me. G3000 is $50.00 cheaper

Diodes used is only real difference.
Samsung is slightly more efficient and slightly higher ppfd, but both work just fine, id argue theres no noticeable difference at the end of tje day come harvest time.

I dont know off the top of my head how to link journals, but i know @Low has a journal dedicated to lighting and he put a good amount of time in researching so many makes/models depending on tent sizes. Im sure hell be able to link it here

I put a lot of time into this. The idea behind it was to provide EVEN coverage across the board for the size tent I categorized them in. Utilizing a single light. A lot of them will be able to be dimmed in these spaces leaving you room to move up a size if you decide. With a couple exceptions. Or just maximize your potential in the space you have available. These are just choices I’d likely make based on the tent I’d be using, and what I might want to spend at the time. This is more about info …

I sure wish I’d waited a week. Just bought from HLG and would’ve saved an extra $70. If I was in the OP’s shoes I would look there. I used the promo code BOXLAPSE and saved 15%. It might still be active and they may or might not allow it in conjunction with the current 25% off sale price.

I used the 25% and I tried boxlapse it wasn’t giving me 15% off so I opted to use the 10% for joining something🤷‍♂️ and my cost was lower with the 10% then with boxlapse. I bought the scorpion diablo x got it for 968$ total! Was super excited to get it at that price!

Hell either way I was going to buy it for 1299$ so 968$ is much better so no complaints here!
