Thinking about trying bubble hash

AKA ice water extraction. I dry sifted about an Oz of hash , but I have several bags of trim left still. I’m planning on a set of bags, 5 gallon buckets( already have food grade)and a cordless drill with a mixer. I live in the north, so it’s plenty cold out in the garage and the trim is in a freezer. I’ve been reading up and watching videos and it looks pretty straight forward.

I feel I’ve asked this before with people doing the dry ice method, but how much plant material do you feel you get outta the dry ice method??? I’ve been an ice water bath guy for years and years but wouldn’t mind simplifying the setup if I still get the same quality???

Thing is, I’d have to buy dry ice. The trim is already frozen , the garage is cold and all I need is a bucket of water covered and left in the garage overnight.

You get good clean shake just like with ice but only use one screen. It works amazingly well.

Well I just might have to get with the times and give it a whirl. I got a few ounces of trim to play around with so might just have to give it a go. Thanks for the input!!!

Use the 72 micron bag, put broken up plant material in the bag with dry ice and half a dozen quarters (helps break up flower). Shake onto a piece of glass and repeat until green plant material starts to fall through the screen. At that point you’re done.

Roger that. Might give it a whirl this weekend if I get the time. Thanks again for the insight!!!
