Think these are ready?

These are 80days old. Girl Scout cookie extreme autos. All tric are cloudy and just a few ambers showing up. Thinking of pulling the plug in few days and give them two days of darkness before hanging.
Any thoughts or suggestions? Still trying to learn. Started growing a year ago after beating cancer three times since 2016. It’s an amazing plant that I’m eager to learn more about. Thanks in advance for your help.

Those look great man!

If you’re happy with how the trics are looking, no harm in harvesting at that point.

I’m round the end of a grow with 5 gsce plants. I’ve pulled a couple with trics as you described, a patient prefers it. I’m currently @ day 95 with 2 left. Others chopped at days 93, 89, 84

Great job! :+1:

Beautiful buds , looking at overall picture I would say you’re in the window of harvest but a few more days is not going to hurt anything for sure. The GSCE autos definitely have a unique smell. Good luck finishing up

Looking good! Overall appearance I think you could let em fatten up another week or two. Decent amount of fresh pistils. Lots of brown not receding yet. I can’t see the trichs though. Make sure you are only looking at calyxes and not sugar leaves.

Enjoy your harvest!

Here’s a pic of the gsce I chopped yesterday. This one had closer to 10-15% amber.

Thanks everyone. I’ll give them just a little more time and keep an eye on the amber coming in. Just getting anxious and running low on flower. I’ve gotten spoiled not having to buy weed.

Very nice! :yum:

Excellent getting them to this stage. So you have your curing set up ready?

Continued success.

I’m going to cure in the tent. It’s easier for me to control with heater, dehumidifier and humidifier. I also have AC units if needed. Shooting for around 60-65 degrees at 60% humidity 8-10 days.
Thanks

Sounds like you have the plan!

Here is some information I received from an experienced grower on my first grow about a year ago. I wish I had written down from whom:

“Conditions should remain constantly somewhere within the following ranges, temperature should be between 65-75 degrees F, relative humidity should be between 45%-55%.
At temperatures lower than 65 degrees, drying time will be lengthened. At temperatures higher than 75 degrees, the heat will cause the outer portion of the bud to dry quicker than the inner part, and the taste will suffer.
At humidity levels lower than 45%, the [marijuana] will dry too fast and the taste will suffer. At humidity levels higher than 55%, the [marijuana] will take a long time to dry, and it will be prone to mold.”

Others may have some other ranges. However, in my reading, these seemed to be very consistent.

This is an exciting time!
