The little baby, Super Critical Fem, my very first time ever planting a marijuana seed by the way 😎

You still have a lot of white pistils. Wait til those start receding, then start checking your trichs. She’s gonna put some more weight on for you.

This is an 8 week strain and i was using one of those cheap china made led’s, the i opted for the optic 4XL from ledgrowlightsdepot and i guess she likes it :sunglasses:

How long since she had pistils?

She’s had pistils since maybe a week and half maybe 2weeks of flower

Figure 8-9 weeks from that point, not necessarily when you put on 12 hours of light.

That’s what i pretty much figured. She still has tons of white pistils so im hoping she really does swell up some more, that would be awesome :sunglasses:

We have a friend who has opened a marijuana dispensary in our town so he gave me clones: master kush, g g #4, glue, gorilla glue, sherbet glue and some kind of diesal but this is my 2nd grow but really 1st since I’ve been learning. Anything I need to know about these strains? I think I like plants grown from seed better, what do you think

The thing with clones is that you don’t have to go through the whole germination process, veg time is a bit quicker, just gotta be careful that the clones are free of insects and contamination, GG#4 or any genetic with GG will be dense and sticky, just make sure your airflow and temps are in the right range as to avoid mold. Diesel plants tend to stretch a bit so you may not want to veg them too long as they get quite tall but should be a good yielder, deisel plants are a bit resistant to heat and high humidity as well you can grow them almost anywhere :sunglasses:

The new York diesel is already tall. My grow room is inside a really big square walk in closet in 5 gal buckets. My 1st grow is going into 48 hours dark tomorrow and then harvest, with 4 big plants so my grow room is full and my clones and transplanted seedlings are now in another closet we received clones too early. I’m shooting for 6 plants in main grow room and trying to get where all same age. The ones that I’m getting ready to harvest, 1 is an indica but other 3 grown from seeds I had saved to see what they would be like I wanted 1st round to be trial and error then 2nd round should be better. They are in 12 hrs dark now but want to send pics tomorrow to see if you can tell me what one of them is

I also have 2 gorilla glue and they don’t seem to be growing

I’ve had as long as these 2 I’m going to transplant 1st diesal then cheese

The top one came with what looks like buds growing and now it’s hairs are pretty much dark brownish red. Could they have been trying to "monstercrop “” them? What should I do go ahead and put it thru vegetation?

The top one could be an auto flower, or maybe that’s just how they cut it or could be some type of unstable pheno, clones take a lil while to settle in after transplanting but they look healthy, i wouldn’t worry too much.

Since Oklahoma legalized medical marijuana with your card we can have 6 growing big plants and 6 more starting so the smell of them doesn’t matter so should I hang plants to dry in grow room with the 6 big plants, I’m running out of closets.

I put them in dark to help them with roots don’t know if it helped roots but they really perked up with their leaves lifted up. If it’s an autoflower I’m going to have to do some looking into that would be better making own clones so you know what you have but these were a gift

Primarily you would want to dry your harvest separately from everything thing else, where the temps are not fluctuating, and when drying there’s no need for lights, lights causes heat temps to rise and humidy as well, you don’t want your buds drying too fast otherwise you can end up with some grass smelling buds that don’t smoke well because the chlorophyll didn’t break down enough. So find a nice spot to dry them in the dark, with temps around 75 to 78degs F and 45 to 50% humidity :sunglasses:

I’m on it and they smell so good I may go camp out and sleep in with them sure hope the smell stays good. What length of time do you leave them hanging before putting in jars

Usually it takes 7-10 days for them to dry properly, after that is the curing process where you place them in jars and proceed with the curing, which entails about 2-3weeks of opening the jars twice a day for about 10-15mins the first week and giving the buds a lil swirl to exchange air and dry out some of the excess moisture and humidy, then once a day for the same time frame in which if done correctly you will be able to close the jars up for long durations if needs be without having to burp them confidently knowing the risk of mold is at its very minimum.
