The Carpenters Journal

Carpenter, your plants always look so healthy and green and happy, I think you have mastered the combination of nutrients and water and pH perfectly harmonized. You do an absolutely great job of growing cannabis!
Hats Off!

Thoughts on how to put my plants in the dark for 48 hours? I can’t turn the lights off on them because they won’t finish at the same time. Need some ideas please and thanks in advance!

You got me on that Brother. But I can say in my experience that the 48 hours dark is beneficial. But if you don’t have a place to put the ones in dark. I wouldn’t sweat it that much. You got great lookin gals Brother! And I wouldn’t want you to stress the rest. But this is my opinion only! Keep on keeping on! :v::call_me_hand:

I have left one girl in darkness for over a week. I kinda dried her on the vine so to speak. Lots of different ways to do this amazing thing and I love every minute. :sunglasses::v::call_me_hand:

You don’t have a closet or somewhere you can stick a plant in for a couple days?

Yeah hard to do with a seed grow as their finish times will be different, do what you can. Even just being out of the tent and not getting intense light for 48 hours will help.

Don’t know if this would work but worth a shot get a big appliance box from say a washer/dryer set plant out of the tent and set the box over it?
Good luck

If you feel the dark is mandatory, you could always turn the tent lights off for 48 hours too… The other plants would be fine. Especially if they’re all in flowering.

I just took the plant I wanted in the dark out of my tent and left it in the dark in the same room.

I thank you all for the excellent ideas. Unfortunately I don’t have a closet that’s not full of something. I think I will try a cardboard box. Thanks for the ideas guys!!!

Unfortunately I don’t have a tent just a room

Thats even better. No spare room to toss her in?

A cardboard box works fine. But ull wanna cut some holes and have some airflow added. Hate to get this close to the end and invite mold to ur buds :disappointed:
