Myrcene:

Myrcene is the most common terpine among the cannabis strains. Myrcene is responsible for the peppery, spicy balsam smell in beer. Myrcene is also found in lemongrass, parsley, basil, thyme, and mango.

That may be why, when I open the tent or handle the plant I get a strong peppery accent. Because, many of what I’ve grown are on the list. I’ll add purple haze too.

Pinene:

Pinene is also a very common terpine found in cannabis. It is the most common terpine found in the natural world. It is notable as a pine smell found in pine needles. Pinene is also found dill, basil, rosemary, and parsley.

I’ve got an Ethos Member Berry RBx1 in like week 7 of flower and she’s so heavy with pine and lemon it ain’t even funny!
I plucked a few fans while feeding earlier and accidentally touched my eye and thought I was gonna go blind when it got in there!
It’s a potent, potent combination!
Member Berry is a cross of skunk Berry and Mandarin Sunset.
She can comfortably fit under both of those terpene profiles as she’s heavy with both - in fact she smells just like Lemon PineSol. But somehow much tastier! LOL!

Beta-caryophyllene

Beta-caryophyllene is also a very common terpine found in cannabis. Beta-caryophyllene is known to activate cannabinoid receptors in humans in the way THC does; it is therefore considered both a terpine and a cannabinoid. Citral

Citral is a less common terpine found in cannabis. Citral is also found in myrtle, lemongrass, tea tree, apples, apricots, carrots, cucumber, ginseng, hops, tarragon, lime, lemon, and orange. citral is widely used in soaps, lotions, moisturizers, bath products, aftershave creams, perfumes, colognes, suntan products, and many other skincare products.
