Stop LST or continue?

Pictures below my post.

These are one month AK47 Autos. I’ve been training them with pipe cleaners for about 2 weeks. Am I to the point in the grow where I should stop bending and training the branches or should I continue. I’m sort of confused as to when the “flower stretch” will happen and if you’re supposed to train the branches then or let them grow vertically? From everything I’ve gathered, the plant that has the light green tops or bud sites is getting ready to flower but the other doesn’t look that far along. Thanks for the help.

I normally do lst right up till the third week of flower maybe four weeks

For me it depends on the plant. Some I have trained right up to harvest. When I use a manifold technique I stop the LST once the sides reach the outside of the pot. I continue LST training from veg through the majority of flowering to spread the plant out exposing the lower bud sites. Every plant will be different :love_you_gesture:

You can keep going. That one in the back left has a pretty fat trunk, too. Big ol pipeline for nutrients.
