HELP!
I’ve got a crop about 2 weeks from harvest and found spider mites. Anyone have any ideas for a fix. We saw some black dots in one of the flowers that fell off? Maybe egg sacks?
Capn Jacks or Growers Ally. I just had them on my last grow and cleaned everything. I am 2 weeks in flower on my latest grow and just saw the white spots on a few leaves and sure enuff, got em again. I am ready this time and already soaked em with the Growers Ally. Will be doing another clean after this round and will wait to grow for 2 weeks while I am cycling my cleaning efforts every 3 days with sprays etc…
I have a monster now and would hate to let these lil pests get the better of me.
thank you, I’m two weeks to finish. Is that enough time to flush before harvest?
I dont flush. But yes, based on what I have seen and the folks that do, it is usually the last 2 weeks.
Do a good bud wash after harvest.
Pro tip: Hang the branches upside down (stem cut up) and every day, any live mites will migrate to the cut part of the stem (they can’t feed on the drying bottoms. Take a paper towel soaked with rubbing alcohol or h2o2 and just wipe the stems clean… every day. They’ll keep migrating for a few days depending on how fast you’re drying is going.
Spider mite eggs aren’t black. It could be poop from thrips or something similar… like aphids.
thank you
