I just wanna know if they look healthy I’m using Great Lakes soil fiber pots 4 gallon and Mephisto genetics autoflowers …

Spider farmer sp 4000 450 watt …tryna figure what distance I should have I’ve read 18" but the leaves start curling up that means light stress correct ?

Agree with @beachglass. I am running a single SF4000 in a 5x5 set at 24 inches and 40% initially and increasing to 50% and now at 60%, letting them grow up toward the light, once they get within 16 inches I may raise it again.

Pictures of my four gelatos, 5 days old from seed shot at 24 inches and 40%, today 21 days from seed at 60%.

Leaves curl due to the heat from the lights. If the light power is too muchnd too close u will see the leaves between the veins getting like burn look or slightly yellowish right now it seem to be vigorous growth happening and don’t look to be a bad thing. Follow what the light specifies for u playing around with the light and finding the happy point will be a plus but if u r close to specs from manufacturer u should be otaye as sf has a pretty good chart to follow.
