Can anyone give me any advice and general info on when she’ll be ready to harvest and if I need to do anything to her lol this is my first grow ! I’m growing in a ac infinity tent I’m on week 12 from seed to today

You look to be about 3 to 4 weeks out to me.

Estimate 8-12 weeks for flowering. Start checking the trichomes around week 8, earliest harvesting is 100% milky on the trichomes. growers choice after that and the norm is around 20% amber
