So I’ve been doing good with her , i switch the feed to a flowering 0 50 30 Beastie Bloomz once a week in 5.8 6.0 ph water and run off is and looks like it has been, and same ph water 2x a week when the soil feels dryish. So thats watering in 5 days 3x id say. I water slow till i get run off then call it good. So not a lot of water sits in the tray. Then this happened, right before my new light setup came. Ive looked at the charts and pictures of the types of nute over doing it or under doing it but to me it could be one or another. Please help. This is my 1st grow and im changing and getting better tools (lights, air flow, nutrition) . I hope to get this fixed then ill feel confident on getting a strain i really want, like GDP… thanks for looking

If I am worried about over doing nutes I go back to straight ph water.

I have she has a good plant up till now. I was hoping to see her full potential with the new light from Budget Led.
If you’re in soil, not Coco then your ph is low. Most soil will need to be 6.2 at lowest and 6.8 at highest.

I’ve got 2 260w Rspec LEDs from budget. Had excellent results with them.
These are a good bit cheaper than hlg. is there a difference? I also see they have a higher spectrum of far red with series 3. Hmmmmmmm. @Bulldognuts have you used hlg lights also? Similar results?
They look nice and frosty. Pics of the whole plant? It looks like they are getting plenty of nitrogen. Agree with @Bulldognuts about pH. Take care of that first and then plan/go forward. pH should ideally be at the high end of the 6.2 to 6.8 range during flowering to maximize P and K uptake.
The best way to describe it, the fan leaves have brown spots and the bud in the picture the leaves just crumble as if they are dried out or burned. Calmag ???lack of?? The picture i took 4 days ago look way different.
The deep, waxy green on your leaves suggests nute burn. If it were mine I would first flush to correct pH.
When you flush it will lower your PPM and take care of your hot soil. Second step would be to add back pHed nutes to get your PPM back up around 1,000 - 1,200. Your plant no longer needs much nitrogen at all. I would add back mostly P, K, cal/mag and other micro-nutrients.
I say this assuming your plant is 4 - 6 weeks into bloom. It’s kind of hard to tell just how old they are. They are small, but they are also really frosty.
Ok thanks @MidwestGuy. I have some calmag coming. And ive stopped the pk 0-50-30 at this time. Ill flush her out good and crank my light up. She is frosty for sure . Just the brown spots and the leaves crumbling has me worried. Like its not holding water. Thanks for the help
I’ve not used HLG. A lot of people on forum do. I know several people have recently went with Budget. @Wannabe @Otis I believe have Budget lights . They have excellent customer service and fast shipping.
Wanted to give you a heads up on new lights. When you start your next grow you may need to start cal-mag during veg. High intensity LEDs will cause plants to use cal mag faster. I learned the hard way. I started using new lights right before flipping lights to flower and got hit hard with deficiency.

I am running 2 250 watt 3 series rspecs from Budget. Lights are amazing. I just flipped to flower on Sunday! My girls are looking great.
That’s the exact setup I’m thinking of getting. @Otis is this your first flower with these lights? Do you have a journal?
This will be my first grow from seed to harvest with these lights. My last grow I got the lights with only about 3weeks left in flower. My buds frosted over nicely after I started with these lights. I did have one girl in my tent that was younger than my others, so she got the full treatment from these lights. I pulled 7 ounces of frosty bud off this girl alone. The lights are the real deal, and Budget communication has been great. I don’t have a journal going, but I will try to post some pictures of my grow.
I cant wait to get the full effect of the new lights too. I have a bunch of 707 headband seeds a friend gave me, so if this girl doesn’t work out ill start over. I really want GDP tho… anyone want to swap a bunch of seeds for GDP???
Well i got the cal mag and mixed some up and adjusted the ph to 6.6 and we will see
